Melissa Greenwood is a Gumbaynggirr, Bundjalung, Dunghutti women from the mid north coast of NSW, with a background community services, education, community development and events. Melissa has been living and working in the Victorian Aboriginal community for over 7 years.
Working with a number of national organisations including the AFL and Culture is Life, Melissa seeks to raise the profile and awareness of Indigenous culture and deliver improved outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Through her own cultural practice, Melissa also runs her own successful business, ‘Miimi & Jiinda’ alongside her mother, they create beautiful Indigenous artworks and traditional baskets. Her gifted storytelling informs our intercultural workshops.
